I liked this plane so much that I bought two of them (actually three, since I crashed one)! Flies great either as a trainer or a limited aerobatic depending on surface throws and engine. My first one has an OS 46 AX on it with an APC 11x7. Flies way to fast and can sustain a hover although it does not have enough power when things get out of shape. My second one has an OS 55AX with a 12x6 APC prop. This is scary!
I would recommend this plane even to beginners as the way it flies with low rates is better than any trainer I ever had. Very slow if you want it, lands almost by itself. Although both of them came out at around 2.8 kgs RTF weight the airframe is full built up balsa and ply which makes it very tough. I've teached two of my buddies to land with these planes and the only issue was a bent front nosegear leg.
I would definitely recommend this plane.
